Belgrave Watch Co is an independent watch reseller, we are not sponsored, endorsed or affiliated with any of the brands shown on our website or social media platforms. All of our watches are pre-owned and all warranties are manufacturer supplied as stated relating to each watch. If you would like to buy a brand new watch you must visit the manufacturer’s website or an authorised dealer. All of our watches are guaranteed to be 100% functional and authentic. We check the records of all of our timepieces to ensure that they have a clean history.
Online & Distant Orders: Belgrave Watch Co offers a 14-day money-back return policy for all online, telephone, and email orders in case you change your mind for any reason. If your item is not faulty then returning your item will be your responsibility and at your own cost. Please note, we do not offer the same returns policy for in-store/in-person purchases as you have been given a fair opportunity to physically inspect and try on the watch.
Refunds: To be eligible for a full refund, your item/watch must be returned in the exact same retail condition it was in when it was dispatched and without being worn or exposed to any wear and tear. Once your item has been received, it will be inspected within 5 business days and your refund will be issued within 7 business days from inspection. Items may only be returned by the original purchaser and proof of purchase must be provided.
A 1.5% service fee will be deducted from your refund if you made payment with a debit card and a 2.5% service fee will be deducted for all credit card payments. There is no service fee for Bank transfers and cash payments. Faulty goods can be returned within 28 days from purchase as long as the fault was not caused by misuse of the item/watch. The watch will then be repaired and returned to you. If your watch has been worked on/opened/serviced or polished, after the purchase date, then this will void any rights relating to returns or refunds.
Website Purchases: We ask for a 5% deposit at the checkout to reserve a watch. Once you have paid your 5% deposit your watch will be reserved for 48 hours. You may extend your reservation period by a further 5 working days buy adding a further 5% to your 5% deposit to total a 10% deposit. You must have paid for your watch in full by the end of your 7 day reservation period otherwise your deposit will be lost and the watch will be re-listed. For reservations made outside of the website checkout process, we ask for a 10% deposit and we will hold your watch for up to 7 working days. Deposits are non refundable or transferable and the only circumstance where you will be issued a refund for your deposit is if the watch is not as described.
Consignment: If we are selling your watch on your behalf (consignment) we ask for a minimum of a 6 week marketing period to give our sales team a fair opportunity to sell your watch. When selling your watch we have two commission options, we either set an agreed amount to return to you or we charge 10% sales commission which will be deducted from the final sale value. If you decide that you no longer want to sell your watch and we have already marketed your watch you will be liable for a £250+VAT administration fee to cover our time.
VAT: All of our watches are bought and sold under the VAT margin scheme so there is no VAT to pay. Any additional services provided or any other items sold are subject to VAT.
